Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Used paddles, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
